Fachlich-inhaltlich-Accompanying body for the implementation of programs funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) (lot 1) and operation of a monitoring database (lot 2)

The Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) will allocate funds in the 2014 funding period Government-specific programs co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF).

The first lot involves the technical support of the three ESF programs.

It is therefore foreseen that a framework agreement will be signed with a contractor acc. - 21 VgV close. The basis for this is a meaningful offer with an exemplary conception of a technical-content-related support for the 2nd Foerderphase including cost calculation for the refer asESF funding program "Highly skilled - migrant mothers are on the rise".

Following conclusion of the framework agreement, individual contracts for the following support programs are currently underway: - parenthood II Families win early for education, - - strong in the labor market Muetter with a migrant background ein,

- perspective re-entry potentials erschlieat.

For the preparation, accompaniment and completion of the 2nd Foerderphase planned (beginning of the accompaniment from conclusion of the individual contracts). These programs are foreseen for the period from 2019 until the end of the ESF funding period.

The program "Strong in employment Muetter with a migrant background is increasing" will begin with a call for interest in the second quarter of 2018. It concludes with an Aapplication procedure. The application process for "opening up prospects for re-entry potential" and "winning parents' opportunities for families early in education" will be carried out at the beginning of the second half of 2018. The support for the execution of the procedure of interest and the application procedure are not part of the call for tenders. The approval period begins for the vo1.1.2019.

A prompt and smooth takeover of the content-related program support is central to the awarding of the contract due to the political importance of the funding initiatives. The programs are controlled by the relevant specialist departments in the BMFSFJ in cooperation with the ESF directorate in the BAFzA. It can be supported by external expertisebecome. Special emphasis is placed on close co-ordination with the specialist units and the ESF coordinating unit of the BMFSFJ and the ESF directorate in the BAFzA.

f) Current commercial central register information or self-declaration that demonstrably the preconditions for an exclusion according to - 19 Abs. 1 MiLoG are not met.

a) Announcement of the year of foundation and presentation of the business development of the last 3 completed business years (annual turnover per year); on occupational / professional indemnity cover or self-declaration, dIn the event of an additional claim, insurance will be taken out.
