Global project manager for the program

The aim is to make ETH Zurich the state of the art in digital communication channels.

Main Site: Zurich.

The objective is to make ETH Zurich the state of the art in digital communication channels.

The program should be implemented in the form of a hybrid project organization. This means that a mix of classic and agile approaches is consciously chosen. In communication and in exchange with the environment of the project, the project seems to be organized in a classical way. On the other hand, the later developments (design, IT developments, etc.) within the project are handled in an agile manner with the Scrum method. Because of these high demands, he external project manager must have the level of competence S4 Expert project manager according to SwissICT.

1a) Services provided in Switzerland: for services provided in Switzerland, the adjudicator only awards public contracts to tenderers who ensure compliance with the provisions on the protection of work and working conditions as well as equal pay for women and men;

1b) Services provided abroad: if the service is executedAbroad, the tenderer must guarantee at least compliance with the fundamental conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO fundamental Conventions), namely the following Conventions:

- Convention No 29 of 28.6.1930 concerning the forced or compulsory labor (RS 0.822.713.9), - Convention No. 87 of 9.7.1948 concerning freedom of association and protection of the right toUnion (RS 0.822.719.7), - Convention No. 98 of 1.7.1949 concerning the application of the principles of the right to organize and bargain collectively (RS 0.822.719.9), - Convention No. 100 of 29.6.1951 concerning the equal pay for male and female labor for work of equal value (RS 0.822.720.0), - Convention No. 105 of 25.6.1957 concerning the abolitionof Labor Force (RS 0.822.720.5), - Convention No. 111 of 25.6.1958 concerning Discrimination in Respect of Employment and Occupation (RS 0.822.721.1), - Convention No. 138 of 26.6.1973 concerning the age of minimum admission to employment (RS 0.822.723.8),

- Convention No. 182 of 17.6.1999 concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labor (RS0.822.728.2);

2) Subcontractors' compliance with minimum social standards: the contracting authority requires subcontractors to comply with the aforementioned minimum social standards. If they supply their services in Switzerland, subcontractors must comply with the minimum social standards in force in Switzerland (section 1a); if they provide their services abroad, they are required to respectat least the fundamental Conventions of the ILO (number 1b). Indication of the remedies: in accordance with art. 30 LMP, this publication may be attacked, within 20 days of its notification, Federal Administrative Court, PO Box, 9023 St. Gallen. The appeal memorial, to be presented in 2 copies, will indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and will bear the signature of the appellant party or his representative; a copy of this publication and the exhibits invoked as evidence shall be attached, where available.
