The purpose of this contract is:

The mission will be for the following tasks:

Task 1 (at global price) - maintenance of PACE software, application control, SOAP web services and associated databases.

This task consists of the correction of software bugs and errors reported during the duration of the market that it is for the application PACE (part audits, certificates and partial reports), for the control application and its complementary modules, SOAP and low web servicesAssociated Data.

Task 2: (a price schedule) - technical and functional IT support.

Technical and functional support is provided to certifiers, auditors and recipients of SOAP web services or any other users.

Technical support: by this term, we mean only computer difficulties. For this technical support, the certifiers, atPublishers will be able to directly contact the service provider (by e-mail or telephone).

Functional support: questions of order are put to the public service of Wallonia which, depending on the type of questions, refers the user to the service provider. Technical support and functional support should be given in French.

Presumed quantity: 20 man-days distributed betweene PEB certification and housing audit in the following way:

- 10 man-days for housing audit,

- 10 man-days for EPB certification.

Task 3: (a price schedule) - achievements of extensions to PACE software, web and other modules or web services (SOAP)

Realization of PACE software extensions and associated web services (SOAP)

3.1) It is necessary to upgrade thePACE software following remarks and suggestions from users or following the evolutions of the method of calculation specific to new buildings that may impact the procedure for calculating the PEB certification and housing audit, the SOAP web services. : 80 man-days distributed between the PEB certification and the housing audit in the following way:

- 15 men-jofor housing audit,

- 65 man-days for PEB certification.

3.2) Realization of modifications to the PACE software in order to adapt, if necessary, the new models of documents generated, certificate, partial report of the collective installations. Energy audit

Presumed quantity: 20 man-days distributed between the PEB certification and the housing audit in the following way:

- 10 man-days for housing audit,

- 10 man-days for PEB certification

Realizations of extensions of the web application

3.3) Adaptations, evolution of the application, development of features specific to the control.

Presumed quantity: 30 man-days distributed between the PEB certification and the housing audit in the following way:

- 10 man-days for the housing audit,

- 20 man-days for the EPB certification.

3.4) Development of modules complementary to the Web-control application having a destination other than the control.

Presumed quantity: 30 man-days which are distributed between the PEB certification and housing audit in the following way:

- 10 man-days for housing audit,

- 20 man-days for PEB certification.
