The subject of the orders is the design, implementation and implementation of innovative e-services with a high level of maturity in the field of registration of yachts and other vessels up to 24 m in length.

The subject of the order is to invitedrafting, implementation and implementation of innovative e-services with a high level of maturity in the field of registration of yachts and other vessels up to 24 m long.

The detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 1 to the ToR.

The Ordering Party does not specify how to assess compliance with the above-mentioned condition

1) The Employer requires that the Contractors have financial resources-or a minimum creditworthiness of PLN 500, 000.00.

2) The Employer requires that Contractors have liability insurance (OC) in the scope of their activities related to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum of at least PLN 500, 000.00. Documents for confirmation of fulfillment of the conditions and no grounds for exclusion: - Each Contractor is obliged to submite:

a) statement in the form of EED

b) declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to a capital group

In order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion, the Contracting Authority requests:

Information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 points 13, 14 and 21 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting offers

Contractor's statements about the lack of publication infor it a final court decision or final administrative decision on default of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, or in the event of such a judgment or decision being issued - documents confirming the payment of such claims together with any interest or fines or the conclusion of a binding agreement in regarding the repayment of these receivables. The pattern of the declaration is Annex No. 9 to the Terms of Reference - Declaration of the Contractor about the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders. The pattern of the declaration is Annex No. 9 to the ToR.

Proceedings are carried out using the reverse procedure of Article 24 aa.

The Purchaser requires a bid bond in the amount of PLN 40, 000.00.

The Contracting Authority will annul the progressrequest for a contract, if the condition specified in art. 93 para. 1a of the Public Procurement Law
