Change of regulators and securing of inactive connections in the framework of the gas change project

The north-west direction of GRDF wishes to entrust to companies 2 types of services under the gas change project:

Main Site: - Dunkirk on the year 2020,

The main services expected are:

- deposit counters and regulateurs, that they are accessible or inaccessible,

- outgoing calls to the absent customers whose counter and / or the regulator are inaccessible for making appointments,

- corking facilities,

- laying a macaron.

The forecast activity volume is the following estimate of the number of inactive / unproductive individual connections over 3 years:

- Dunkirk (2020): 8, 680,

- Saint-Omerand Calais (2021): 10, 800,

Boulogne, Abbeville and Bethune North (2022): 33, 600.

This market will be for a period of 12 months firm renewable twice 12 months by GRDF, 36 months overall.
