The Framework Agreement covers public procurement consultancy.

Introduction

Alingsa municipality conducts a framework contract for Procurement Consultants and invites tenderers, hereinafter referred to as 'suppliers', to tender in accordance with this procurement document. scope

The framework agreement includes consultancyd in the case of public procurement.

The item concerns both the execution of framework contracts and object-specific procurement. The supplier must have consultants as essential and with total responsibility can carry out all parts of the procurement process, from the preparation of procurement documents for the termination of contracts, and to provide material and information in case of an owning testrocess. The supplier should be able to provide a list of procurement missions and, if necessary, be advisable in the event of a contractual agreement.

The supplier should provide the interim consultant as necessary.

The supplier shall use and comply with Alingsas municipality's workplace, such as procurement policy, procurement tools, etc.

Framework agreement without volume commitments. Activities affecting the frameworkThe area of ††the contract can be carried out on its own. In this case, the framework agreement should be considered as a complement to its own activities.

Note that there may already be existing agreements prior to activities affecting the area of the framework agreement. These agreements do not cease to arise in connection with this framework agreement.

Estimated volume

The contractual volume indicated below includes an estimated volume based on the sale of taxIntensive framework agreements and only a guideline as well as an estimate. The actual outcome can be as high as low and no guaranteed volumes are allowed.
