The market relates to the printing of communication and information documents for Roannais Agglomeration and the city of Roanne. A group of orders has been created, under the conditions laid down inArticles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 for the establishment of this market. This is a single-attribute framework agreement with no minimum or maximum. The prices of the framework agreement are:

Use either the DUME or the DC1 (application letter) and DC2 (candidate declaration) forms attached to the DCE and attach the supporting documents below. Only lot n 5 market reserve: the documentary proof or agrement where applicable, proving that the candidate falls into one of the categories mentioned in Article L. 2113-12 of the French Public Order Code.
