Tender procedure, divided into n. 4 lots, for the assignment of typography, publishing and digital printing services

Open tender procedure, divided into n. 4 territorial lots, for the stipulation of a framework agreement with several economic operators for the assignment of typography, publishing and digital printing services necessary to the regional territorial authorities / administrations.

Serdefect of typography, publishing and digital printing administrations based in the western Liguria (ASL 1 Imperia, ASL 2 Savona, Municipality of Alassio, Municipality of Finale Ligure)

The procedure will take place through the use of the platform owned by ARIA Lombardia ( Regional company for innovation and purchases SpA), whose description and method of use for the purposes of the presentationof the offer and specified in the Tender Regulations and in the relative annex, as well as in the technical manuals available on the website http://www.ARIA.regione.lombardia.it/wps/portal/ARIA/Home/e-procurement/piattaforma- sintel and specific provisions regarding the supply, the methods of presentation and the elements for evaluating the offers, the subcontracting, the additional causes of exclusion and the aOther tender information is contained in the Tender Regulations and related attachments. The duration of the individual contracts coincides with the period of validity and effectiveness of the framework agreement. The methods of participation in the event of a temporary grouping of companies, in the case of mergers between companies adhering to the network contract, and in the case of a consortium, are contained in the Regulationsra. Partial and / or conditional offers are not permitted. The competitors, with the presentation of the offers, allow the processing of their data, also personal, according to the European regulation n. 679/2016. Any alteration of the tender documentation published in an editable format is prohibited. For all that is not included in this announcement, express reference is made to the Tender Regulations, to cspecial contract and related attachments. Competitors must undertake to check the Sintel platform at the address indicated above, on which all information and clarifications (FAQ) will be published, during all the phases of the experiment. All communications will take place exclusively in Italian and all information exchanges between the Contracting Authority and the opeconomic operators are validly carried out exclusively by means of the function present on the Sintel platform. It is the faculty of the Contracting Authority to suspend or interrupt the procedure at any time without compensation or compensation. It is also possible to award even in the presence of only one valid offer, provided it is considered appropriate and convenient. Provision for indictment:executive decree n. 5897 of 7.10.2019.
