Corporate Printing and Print Management Services

Home Group seek to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of providers to provide corporate printing services. The contract will be divided into the following lots:

This lot covers routine printing, such as stationery and other common standardised items such leaflets, forms, booklets. It is envisaged that there will be a high level of automation in this lot to increase efficiency.

The successful tenderer must provide an online catalogue that is capable of being linked to Oracle iProcurement P2P system via a punchout. They must also offer an online templating tool that allows colleagues to create their own items such as newsletters within defined parameters (font, colours etc). This templating system must also be capable of linking with Oracle iProcurement via a punchout.
