The subject of the public procurement is: "Implementation of measures for information and publicity for the needs of the project" Construction and development of a Center of Excellence"Heritage BG", BPB No. BG05M2OP001-1.001-0001-C01 ". The public procurement includes 2 lots, as follows:

Main Site: Sofia, 15 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. Rector of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (with the exception of the place of billboard installation and information signs) The present division includes the production, delivery and installation (where applicable) of different types matpublicity and visualization. The types of publicity and visualization materials are described in detail in Section IB "Technical Specifications and Conditions for Completing the Public Procurement of Participatory Documents" published in the buyer profile of the Assignor at www.uni-sofia.bg The quantities quoted are predictable, and the assignor reserves the right not to fully exhaust themthe subject scope of lot 1 is the following materials for publicity and visualization: production and placement of a billboard (4 m x 3 m) - 1 piece; production and installation of permanent explanatory signs (50 cm x 70 cm) - 15 pieces; roll-banner (80 cm x 200 cm) - 12 pcs. Making Stickers for Equipment (Option 1) - 3000 pcs. designing stickers to promote the project (optionst 2) - 3000 pcs .; production of stickers for branding busses - 4 pcs .; leaflet (option 1) - 300 pcs; leaflet (Option 2) - 300 items; leaflet (variant 3) - 200 pcs; leaflet (variant 4) - 200 pcs; Brochure (Option 1) - 200 pcs. Brochure (Option 2) - 200 pcs. poster (format A3) - 2000 pcs; cardboard folders (A4 format) - 1000 pcs. The contracting entity is not under an obligation to deplete all of the specified types-and estimated amounts of the described items

When the participantis a consortium which is not a JU, it presents a copy of a document showing the legal basis for the formation of the grouping, the partner representing the grouping for the purposes of this contract, the rights and obligations of the members of the grouping, the division of responsibility between them and the activities that each member of the group will perform. Pursuant to Art. 65, para. 3 and Art. 66, para. 1 PPL, if the participant refers to the capacity of a third party or a subcontractor, and must provide evidence of the obligations assumed by the third person or sub-contractor.

The participant declares the absence of the grounds for removal and compliance with selection criteria by presenting EEDOP in electronic form (EDEDOP).
