Printshop - Printing, Enveloping and Shipping

1) the provision of the public service of Wallonia - Walloon Tax Administration (SPW) of a management module (creation, modification) of templates (model);

1) the provision of the public service of Wallonia - Walloon Tax Administration (SPW) of a module ofmanagement (creation, modification) of templates (model);

2) the generation of documents via this module, in physical and / or electronic form. Data (personal and fiscal) to be included in these documents, in the state or modified according to the specifications of the SPW will be transmitted in electronic format (XML);

3) the printing of documents generated by this module or transmitted directly by the SPW (PDF);

4) the enveloping and the shipping of these documents, in particular by mail;

5) the generation of archives (PDF) of each document;

6) the support to the use ( creation and modification of models) of this generation module, throughout the duration of the market;

7) training in the use of tools used to modify / create specific documents;

8) management of the retoundistributed mail with transmission of results electronically to the SPW.

The tenderer must enclose with his bid, the Single European Market Document (DUME).

The relevant instructions and guidelines concerning the electronic DUME, which are available in annex to the present notice of operation.
