Printing of communication media of the Ostrevent Community of Commons

The purpose of this public market is to print the communication media of the Community of Commons Heart of Ostrevent.

The quantities are fixed to the specifications.

For an agreement-frame:

The services will be the subject of (a) agreement (s) -frame (s) to purchase orders with an economic operator, with the amounts defined below:

Annual minimum amount: without.

Amount annual maximum: 65 000 EUR before tax.

Pass (s) in application of article 4 of order n 2015-899 and articles 80 of decree n 2016-360.

1 - The application letter (prints DC1),

2 - A certificate on the hothe declaring candidate does not enter into any of the compulsory bidding cases provided for in Article 45 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015,

3 - Declaration concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the public contract, covering at most the last 3 financial years available on an the date of creation of the undertaking or the start of activity of the economic operator, insofar as the information on these turnover figures is available.

The procedure is the open call for tenders, in application of Articles 4, 28, 32 and 42 of Order No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets and Articles 12, 25-I.1 and 67 to 68, 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016- 360 from25.3.2016 relative to the public markets.

The public contract is concluded for a duration of twelve (12) consecutive months as from its notification to the holder.

Unless decision of denunciation, the public market is renewable a maximum of three (3) times for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, by express decision of the representative of the contracting authority at least three (3) months before the date ofthe anniversary of the notification of the public contract. The duration of the public contract can not exceed four (4) years.
