Case 19S0454 supply of papers necessary for the operation of the reprographic pole of the Grand Est Region

The market subject of the consultation concerns the supply and delivery of papers for the three printing works in the Grand Est Region, located on the sites of the Chalons-en-Champagne (51), Metz (57) and Strasbourg (67) (see information relating to the lots below). The caNdidats will have to provide sample support for their offer in accordance with the request made in the business consultation file. The absence of total or partial production of the samples is likely to lead to the global nonconformity of the offer.

Main Site: Moselle - Marne - Bas-Rhin.

Supply of white papers and papers pastels color guaranteed laser (papers of format A4 and A3 and 32 x 45 cm, 45 cm x 64 cm recycles and non-recycled).

Single-frame framework agreement has a purchase order concluded without minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of 180 000 EUR HT.

Only the offers of the candidates having the capacities required for the execution of the market will be taken into account. These abilities will be assessed in the light of the following documents and informationto be provided by the candidates: authorization to exercise professional activity: in respect of the legal capacity:

- the duly signed declaration of honor (document provided in the consultation file, DC1 or equivalent) justifying that the candidate does not does not enter into bans on bidding, is not subject to an exclusion measure (for concealed work, age, loan of unlawful labor or employment of foreigners without a working permit, and non-respect of the protective rules of detached workers), is not in receivership (failing production of the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced ) - the document relating to the power to bind the candidate up to the amount of his price offer, if the person signing the documents is notLegal presenting the candidate.
