The subject of the contract and of the contract to be awarded is the commission ) of the MWC print paper in rolls, for the production of the textbooks.

Main Site: The delivery of the items will take place in the HPI paper store., in Magoula, Attica, location Sofos and according to the instructions of the warehouse manager.

The subject of the tender and of the contract to be awarded is the supply of (by purchasing) MWC printing paper in rolls for the production of textbooks. refers to the following item:

- product code by CPV 301976301 - Printing paper 80 gr / m in rolls. Quantity of 1, 500 tons

14.3.1) The economic operators concerned are required to carry out a professional activity related to the subject matter of the tender, ie to produce or market the paper and to have proven abilities in the execution of the contract. listed in Article 18.3 of the Declaration.

14.1.1) Tenderers, either as an individual(either individual or corporate) or jointly as members of a consortium, must have a financial capacity commensurate with the claims that make up the size of the contract to be procured and for this reason minimum economic and financial which each tenderer must meet and substantiate14.1.2) In particular, the total turnover of the tenderer in the three (3) last years 2016, 2017 and 2018 shall cover, at least cumulatively, 100% of the estimated cost of the supply without T . 14.1.3) If a candidate (enterprise or syndication scheme) does not meet the requirements of the above-mentioned working cyclehe / she may take part in the competition only if he / she submits a binding letter to the bank that, in case of award of the tender, he / she will issue a performance guarantee letter in accordance with clause 8.2 of the declaration., of the total turnover of the tenderer during the three (3) last years 2016, 2017 and 2018, that partrefers to supplies of public or private printing paper products in Greece and abroad, which have been completed (cycle of related works), should be at least equal to 30% of the estimated cost of the procurement without VAT.

14.1.5) Also, the offeror must have access to the banking system, creditworthiness and good cooperation with banks, and14.1.6) In case of a syndication scheme: (i) in order to meet the requirements of the above terms 14.1.2) and 14.1.4), account shall be taken of the sum of the respective amounts of the members of this scheme and (ii) the qualifications of the above Article 14.1.5) must be met by the person of all the members of the Scheme

14.1.7) Relevant supporting documents enumerating13.3) It is excluded from participating in the process of concluding this contract, an economic operator offering any of the following situations: (a) failing to comply with the obligations set out in paragraph 2 of Article 18 of the Declaration. (b) if it is bankrupt or has been the subject of a reorganization or special liquidation procedure or is inmanagement by a liquidator or by the court or has been subject to an arrangement procedure or has suspended business activities or is in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure provided for in national law. The contracting authority may not exclude an economic operator who is in one of the situations a(c) if it has been shown to be serious or recurrent, it may be the case that the person concerned is able to perform the contract, taking into account the provisions and measures in force, irregularity, in the performance of an essential claim, under a prior public contract, a prior(d) if he / she has been found guilty of serious misrepresentation in supplying the information necessary to ascertain the absence of a person who has been found guilty of misrepresentation, exclusion reasons or fulfillment of the selection criteria, has masked this information(e) if he has attempted to unduly influence the contracting authority's decision-making process, obtain confidential information which may give him an unfair advantage in the contract award procedure or provide misleadingly misleading information which may materially affect decisions, concerning exclusion, selection or assignment.
