Centralized purchase goes through the central intercommunal purchase of the community agglomeration. The framework agreement is signed by the CAHC, each of its adherent municipalities having the faculty to subscribe to it.Writing, correction, glue, notebooks, folder folders, repositionable notes, filing supplies.
