14.3.1) The economic operators concerned are required-to carry out a professional activity related to the subject matter of the tender, namely to produce or market the paper and to have proven capabilities in the performance of the contract to be procured

In all other cases of legal persons, the obligation under the preceding paragraphs concerns their legal representatives.

13.2) Where the offeror has breached his obligations regarding to the payment of taxes or social security contributions and this has been established by judicial or administrative decisionor with final and binding force, in accordance with the provisions of the country where it is established or national law and / or where the contracting authority can demonstrate by appropriate means that the offeror has breached its obligations as regards the payment of taxes or levies social security. Also, when the Contracting Authority knows or can demonstrate by appropriate means that they have an Eligibility(aa) three (3) fines imposed by the competent Audit Institutions of the Labor Inspectorate for violations of labor law (2) before the expiry of the deadline for submitting a bid: according to Ministerial Decree 2063 / D1632 / 2011 (B 266), as applicable, as or(b) two (2) fines imposed by the competent Audit Institutions of the Labor Inspection Body for labor law offenses concerning undeclared work, which arise cumulatively from two (3) (2) audits carried out. (a) offshore companies and companies with a shareholding of more than 1% in the offshore company and those belonging to the exclusionary reasons of Law 3310/2005, as amended and in force, do not meet the requirements of Article 8 thereof, and are subject to the incompatibilities and prohibitions of articles 3 and 4 of the same law.

13.5) Finally, they are excluded from the participation in the process of concluding this contract, offering manufacturers who, contrary to Articles 138 and 182-of the International Labor Convention, which were ratified by law 1182/1981 (Government Gazette A 193) and Law 2918/2001 (Government Gazette A 119) respectively, employ or exploit minors under 15 years of age.
