18v1466 - design, production, supply and installation of event signage for the needs of the Autonomous Regie Acropolis - Nikaia de la City of Nice

The present consultation is launched following the procedure: Open invitation to tender - articles R. 2124-2, R.2161-1 of the public order code. The purpose of this consultation is the manufacture, installation and disposal of various event signage equipment for the needs of the Acropolis Nikaia Regie.

Main Site: City of Nice.

Framework agreement with purchase orders: minimum amount: EUR 120 000, 00. Maximum amount: 900, 000.00 EUR. In value in EUR (HT). Duration (excluding renewal): 12month. Beginning of the market: at the first order form. Failing the issue of purchase orders at the end of the first year following the notification of the market, the execution of the contract will begin on the anniversary date of the notification. The delivery period for each service is indicated in the order form or, where applicable, in the CCTP. Article 5.1.1 of the Consultation Regulation.This contract may be awarded to a single economic operator or to a group of economic operators. If this contract is awarded to a joint consortium, the joint representative shall be jointly and severally liable to each of the members of the grouping.

(B) Samples: Tenderers must send representative copies of the type of supplies and / or services they will have insane.and / or realize if they are retained.
