Publication of publications published by the Institute of Archeology of AS CR, Prague, v.v.i. - The Ramc Agreement

The subject matter of the public contract is the production of a publication and periodicals in the field of archeology, especially as regards the provision of pre-press, through printing, only after the complete finishing of the required publications, especially the prepress preparation, ie the graphic modifications of the text passed to the client in digital form in the form of a specific publication and modification of the data for printing, creating and editing the graphic design, and preparing drawings for printing, final graphical editing tablesand graphs, typesetting, proofreading, exposure, ongoing e-mail and telephone communication, including personal meetings and consultation according to specific needs, and press, including bookbinding.

The subject of this part of the public contract is the printing, delivery of prints, or the required graphic adjustments for the subject magazines specified in the appendix

Completion of professional qualifications within the meaning of Section 77 (1) and Section 77 (2) of Act no. a) zakona

The contracting authority requires the tenderer to submit - a statement from the commercial register, if it is entered in the register or from another similar register if it is registered, public contracts, especially documentsm proving the appropriate trade license for the field of activity "Publishing activities, printing production, bookbinding and copying work".

Documents proving professional competence must prove fulfillment of the required criterion no later than 3 months before the commencement of the tender procedure., respectively, the type of bar agreement for the individual parts, are listed in the section "II.2.14) Additional information" for the relevant parts of the procedure. This procedure is necessary due to the impossibility of repeating section "IV.1.3) Information about the frame contract or dynamic purchasing system" for each part of the public contract. Samples according to Article 6.3.6. tender documentation must be delivered in paper form by April 30, 2019 by 11:00 am to the address of the contracting entity in bothentitled "Making a Publication Published by the Archaeological Institute of the ASCR, Prague, v.v.i. - ramcova dohoda - neotevirat ".
