Public service contract on the outsourcing of the invoicing process for all invoices sent to all Vivalia patients.

The present publicrefers to outsourcing the invoicing process of all invoices sent to all patients of Vivalia

The company includes:

- printing invoices based on the file transmitted by Vivalia,

- the enveloping and Postage of invoices,

- Expedition of invoices from patients of Vivalia.

At the time of submission of tenders, the tenderers produce the Single Document.European Union (DUME), complete and signed, which consists of a declaration on the honor of its own updated as a priori evidence in lieu of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the applicant or tenderer fulfills, all the conditions of right of access and qualitative selection to know:

1) that it is not pin any of the situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 which must or may lead to the exclusion of candidates or tenderers;

2) that it meets the applicable selection criteria established in accordance with Article 71.
