Printing, manufacturing and delivery, installation and removal of communication media within the framework of the Tram 12 Express project (New Massy a Evry tram line)

The purpose of the present consultation is to set up a framework agreement with purchase orders concerning the printing, the manufactureand delivery, installation and removal of communication media until the Tram 12 Express project is commissioned. The main missions of the market are divided into 2 batches.

Small and medium format printing of communication and information (non-signal) media of the project, digital or offset, resulting from a process with reduced impacts on sustainable development and l'environ(paper and consumables used), manufacture of communication media (excluding signage) for indoor use, and for some media (posters) external use (anti-UV treatment, resistant inks), cutting (trimming, agglomerating, folding, binding, finishing, ...), packaging and delivery of the media in accordance with the order form, role of con the technical recommendations according to the intended use, quantity and quality.

1) the nomination paper (DC1 version 31.3.2016 or equivalent).

2) the candidate's declaration (DC2 version of 31.3.2016 or equivalent) in the case of a grouping, each economic operator is required to submit a copy of the complete duly printed document. The candidate will take care to fill in the figure ofthe last 3 years and the turnover of the last 3 years relating to services similar to the services covered by the present contract.

In accordance with Article 68 of Decree 2016-360, the contracting authority reserves the right to review offers before applications. Transmission of bids (application and bid): in accordance with article 41-I of the 2016-360 decree, bids (applications and offers) will be sent electronically to the publicpublic.com. Complementary information can only be obtained in writing. The analysis of the candidatures will be done with regard to the elements asked to the regulation of consultation.
