Provision of communication media for the city of Neuilly-sur-Seine-Impression de event supports. The consultation will result in a framework agreement with purchase orders, pursuant to Article 78 - I paragraph 3 of thecret n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the benefits of which may vary as follows:

It is possible to answer using the Single European Market Document (DUME) or the Simplified Public Procurement (MPS) which allowsto reduce the documents to be submitted for the application by filling in the SIRET number (see the rules of the consultation). If the candidate sends a classical electronic answer without experimenting with the DUME or the MPS, he will have to provide the DC1 and DC2 forms, or the same information on any other dematerialized document.
