The subject of printing and graphic services that I will be able to provide include the provision of graphic processing services, language proofing and printing and delivery of the following materials:

Main Site: Slovak repUblik. The specific places of performance are set out in Part B. Description of the subject matter of the tender documents. The public service contract will be concluded in accordance with Section 83 of the GPA and Section 269 2 of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., The Commercial Code as amended, between the successful tenderer and the public contracting authority. The subject of the order will be ordered and delivered continuously on the basis of orders. Quanttype, type, extent of the ordered services will be determined in partial orders, which will be in the form of a written form and will specify all the details of the provision of the required services in accordance with the information given in Part B and D. Procurement. after the date of its publication in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic until the expiration of 48 monthsfrom the date of entry into force of the contract, respectively. until the maximum price that the public procurement agent has available to fund the subject of the order, 1 090 000 EUR without VAT. Provider is not obliged to use the maximum price. The actual total price will be determined by the number of services actually provided during the performance of the contract and its unit prices, not exceeding the maximum price. fulfillmentthe conditions can be demonstrated by the Single European Document within the meaning of - 39 of the Act, the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions to be submitted to the contracting authority by the applicant pursuant to - 55 par. 1 of the FVO at a time and in the manner specified by the contracting authority. Only those who meet the conditions for the participation in a personal position as defined in Section 32d. 1 ZVO.

3. The proof of fulfillment of the conditions pursuant to - 32 par. 1 ZVO:

3.1 The Entrant entered in the list of economic entities (ZHS) pursuant to - 152 of the Austrian Civil Code shall be required to fulfill the conditions of personal status by entering information into the ZHS or by submitting a valid certificate of entry into the ZHS, and if the entry in the ZHS does not contain all the documents necessary to demonstrate compliancein the wording of - 32 para. 2. 3.2 The Applicant who is not entered in the ZHS pursuant to Article 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be required to fulfill the conditions for the recognition of his / her personal status by the documents in accordance with - 32 par. 2 ZVO.

4. If an applicant or an interested person has a place of business or usually resides outside the Slovak territory-the place of business or habitual residence does not issue any of the documents referred to in paragraph 3.2 above or does not issue any equivalent documents, may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the regulations in force in his or her place of business, place of business or usual residence. Details on the conditions for the recognition and demonstration of personal status are set out in Section 32 of the GPA.Compliance with the conditions of the present economic and financial status may be evidenced by the Single European Document within the meaning of - 39 of the Act on Agriculture and Rural Development, while the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part shall be submitted to the contracting authority pursuant to Article 55 1 of the FVO at a time and in the manner specified by the contracting authority. Only those who meet the conditions set out below may take part in this competitionrequirements for demonstrating their financial and economic status. In order to prove the fulfillment of these conditions, the applicant will submit the following documents (it may be replaced by a single European document):

2.1 In accordance with - 33 par. 1 letter. (c) FVC: sublease or property or charter account or data from them.

Minimum required standard level:

The contracting authority requires(i) an applicant - the person or natural person who is the person in charge of the double-entry bookkeeping shall submit the sublet, by which the applicant demonstrates the positive value of his / her equity or (ii) the claimant, the natural person who is the accountant in the simple bookkeeping, the positive difference between his property and his interests.the reindeer or the physical person who is a teacher in the double-entry bookkeeping shall be presented with the submission of the other suave, to the relevant month in the other year (according to the end of the other business year), verified by the relevant tax office, auditor or other relevant body; the claimant physical person shall prove by submitting the other property and debit statement, respectively. to the relevant month in the rest of the year (according to-(if the applicant registers the sublet or the property and the debts on the official Internet site of the statutory body of the Slovak Republic (eg Register of Apprenticeship Closures of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic), it is not necessary to submit a certificate of authentication to the competent authority, suvahu or verified reports of assets and liabilities, but referencee on this document by appropriate means, e.g. hyperlink and submit an affidavit signed by a person entitled to act on behalf of the applicant. In the event that the applicant does not prove the positive value of his / her equity or, respectively, the positive value of the difference between the assets and liabilities of entities operating during the ruling period in the Slovak Republic for objective comparisonand data with Slovak subjects, such entity shall also submit an affidavit in respect of the positive value of its equity, respectively. the positive value of the difference between the property and the occupancy, for the required period.

Deduction of the necessity and the adequacy of the condition under - 38 par. 5 ZVO:

The public procurer does not require to enter any numerical data, his requirement for the minimum level of the standard ismerana and its need arises from proof of verification and demonstration of the applicant's economic reliability, j) that the applicant does not threaten the loss, has sufficient assets to secure the financing of the object of procurement or is able to obtain external financial resources (eg from the bank) to provide the services that are subject to the bids which will not be covered by a full amount of financial advance payments, and the applicant-therefore, demonstrate its ability to cover the financial costs associated with the fulfillment of the subject matter of the bid.

2.2 In accordance with the provisions of - 33 par. 1 letter. (d) GVA: Overview of the turnover achieved in the area covered by the sales contract for the last 3 marketing years, for which it is available from the date of commencement or commencement of the activity. The public procurer will be in communication with bidders, respectively. zauunder the terms of - 20 of the ZVO through the communication interface of the Josephine system, this communication is a matter of any communication and submission between the contracting authority and the tenderers, interested parties during the entire procurement process. The communication will be in the Slovak language. Additional information concerning the communication of the communication is provided in the tender documents.

2nd The requirements governing the submission of tenders and their contents are set out in Part A. of the tender documents. The contracting authority requires the provision of a security of EUR 54, 500, - EUR. The details of the collateral are given in points 8.4.1.5 and 16 of Part A. of the tender documents. There is no need to view the place of delivery of the item in question.
