Europe-wide procurement of printing services for the district of Ludwigsburg

The award of the contract involves the provision of the necessary quantities of printing paper for the notices, inserts and dispatch documents, the completion of the forms, the processing of printing data, the printing of personalized Bescheidblaetter, the packing and enveloping of the notices, the sorting of the waste fee notices for the purpose of postage optimization, the handover to the shipping service provider. Coordination with the shipping service provider for the purpose of sorting and picking up is also part of the service.
