The Bidder with whom the framework agreement will be concluded will provide:

Based on the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts to be concluded, printing, copying, faxing and scanning services will be provided for the City Hall Timisoara, according to the requirements set out in the tender specifications.

Minimum and maximum amount of the framework agreement:

- minimum 10 800 000 pages A4, - maximum 22 860 000 A4 pages

Minimum and maximum amount of a subsequent contract:

- minimum 3 600 000 A4 pages,

maximum 7 620 000 A4 pages

Duration of the framework agreement: 36 months from the date of its signature by both parties Part

Frequency and Duration of Subsequent Contracts: Subsequent contracts will be concluded annually or whenever necessary, depending on the purchaser's needs and thethe funds allocated to this destination.

Timisoara City will at any time exclude the procedure for the award of the service framework agreement, any economic operator who is in one of the situations provided by art. 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement. Exclusion reasons will also be applied to associates / subcontractors / third-party supporters, as appropriate.

Way of fulfillment: Under the sanction of rejection of the offer as unacceptable, each economic operator participating in the award procedure, (tenderer, affiliate, subcontractor, third party, as the case may be) will present with the offer and the DUAE completed according to the provisions of art. 193 par. (1) of Law 98/2016, with information related to their situation.

Will be presented:

(a) Declthe question of non-compliance in situations potentially generating conflict of interest, as defined in art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 - by all the participants in the procedure and (b) where appropriate, the firm's firm commitment of the supporting documents accompanied by documents showing the actual manner in which the support will materialize, the subcontracting agreement and / or the association. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, only at the request of the contracting authority, to the first bidder after applying the award criterion on the admissible tenders.

The supporting documents may be:

1) certificates regarding the lack of debts with with regard to the payment of taxes, duties or chargesof the contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.), 2) the criminal record of op. economic and members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; ) afterin case, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Public Procurement Law 98/2016

4) other editing documents, as the case may be

1) Within the documents attached to the participation announcement published in SICAP, the DUAE is made available to the operators economists interested in editable format in order to complete it by the bidders. Participating economic operators will complete thisthe information / responses to the reasons for exclusion or the fulfillment of the qualification criteria requested by the contracting authority that have a correspondent at the level of the acquisition date (where they are explicitly stated) and will not have the right to intervene on the DUAE format, respectively on the requirements imposed by the contracting authority;2) To view the attached documents, the economic operators must have a necessary program to view the electronically signed files; 3) The economic operators have the right to submit the offer (the DUAE completed, the declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of Article 60 of the Law No. 98/2016, the technical proposal, the financial proposal, the document proving the provision of the hair guarantee(4) Requests for clarifications related to this tender documentation, will be addressed in the form of an electronic signature, exclusively in the SICAP in the award procedure by electronic means, the authoritythe contracting entity will not respond to requests addressed by means of communication other than the established one. Requests for clarification (if applicable) will be submitted within the deadline for addressing the requests specified in Section I - point 1.3 of this document, and those addressed outside this deadline will no longer be considered. Answers to requests to clarifya) will be published in the SICAP in the tender notice; 5) If the contracting authority requests the submission of certain clarifications / completions for the purpose of verifying the conformity of the offer with the required requirements, both the request and the bidder's response shall be transmitted only in electronic format, through SICAP, signed with extended electronic signature.
