Acquisition of printing, printing and copying services

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy will receive offers for copying, printing, printing and scanning services for the needs of the Tampere City and Pirkanmaa hospital districts. Comrades and societies in which the City of Tampere and the Pirkanmaa Hospital District are liable to maeaerate power or to finance the city-or the hospital district may participate significantly, may make purchases under the terms of the contract. The cities of Tampere and Orivesi form a cooperative area of social and health care, which is home to the city of Tampere.

All the terms of the framework agreement have been confirmed in a call for tenders. During the contract period, the subscriber makes orders from the selected service providers for orders in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement. The framework arrangement does not suck with the maeaerae or the most impoverished obligation.

Subscribers can make orders under 60, 000 for each one or knock on Tahathe selected service provider. Orders exceeding EUR 60, 000 made primarily from the service provider who won the target price. However, the subscriber has a right to so-called. mink raises orders over 60 000 euros to producers wander. In the case of reduced tenders (so-called mini-competitions), tenders can be extended by a sawmill or, possibly, -through a saw-to-order ordering system for all the contract suppliers selected for the framework.

In the meantime, subscribers and their entities may apply for offers from service providers for non-bid printing and copying services. The bid comparison is based on the price of the best price, but the subscriber has-the right to compare offers in a qualitative manner with the grounds of the ground. During the contract period, subscribers have the right to purchase the centralized distribution of the framework scheme from one of the selected producers on the basis of quality of service, availability and other relevant factors affecting the service level.
