The subject of the contract is the provision of printing, book and graphic services for the delivery of textbooks, scripts and textbooks, monographs, workshops of scientific work, other periodical and non-periodical publications, graphic design, text preparation and rate, grafs, tables, posters and banners, flyers, newsletters, brochures, questionnaires, printing and copying of CD / DVD media, presentation and other forms, slices, PVC stickers, stickers, notes, and promotional items, bookkeeping and creation of registers. This is to ensure all stages of the printing process from the receipt of the printing ppostponing the final product to the place of destination, packing and shipping.

Spacer, must meet the conditions of tthe personal status referred to in - 32 par. 1 Act on Public Procurement, Proof of Documents pursuant to Section 32, Par. 2 resp. ods. 4 and / or 5 of the Act on Public Procurement. The applicant may prove fulfillment of the conditions of personal belonging entered in the list of economic subjects pursuant to - 152 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, or an equivalent entry or certificate of registrationany of the relevant organs of another Member State or an equivalent document submitted to the applicant pursuant to - 152 par. 3 of the Act on Public Procurement. A group of contractors shall demonstrate compliance with the terms and conditions of public procurement in respect of each individual member of the Group individually. The applicant may use the financial resources of another person to prove his financial and economic status, irrespective of their legal relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove the financial and economic status must meet the conditions for the participation in the personal status under Section 32 1 letter. e) the public procurement law and there shall be no evidence of exclusion pursuant to - 40 par. 6 sheets. (a) to (h) and 7 Act on Public Procurement.

The contracting authority will publish all explanations of the tender documents on the profiles as well as on the said portals by means of electronic access and will provide explanation to the interested parties via the electronic portal www.ezakazky.sk into the electronic account of the interested person or tenderer with the fact that the notification bwill be sent to the interested person or the applicant via e-mail from the portal www.ezakazky.sk in the request for supporting documents. Interestingly, they enter the question by using the appropriate portal form. Follow the question (click Send) to send. These considerations are considered to be delivered to the public procurement agent. The contracting authority will also send his reply to the portal www.ezakazky.sk, where he will be-published to all interested and access to portals. The contracting authority shall notify all interested parties of the questions on the explanation of the conditions for participation in the procurement referred to in the call for proposals, other supporting documentation or other documents provided to the contracting authority without delay in electronic form on the http://www.uvo.gov.sk/ profiles / - / profile / pdetail /1036 and for those who have registered on the portal www.ezakazky.sk, but not later than six days before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that the explanation is requested in advance. The public contracting authority recommends to those interested in withdrawing the tender documents from the profile of the contracting authority, or the procurement documents were obtained from another natural or legal person, prospectu to be registered as the attorneys at the portal of the contracting authority. With regard to the use of the provision relating to one-volume reverse public procurement under Section 66 7 evaluation of fulfillment of the conditions of participation pursuant to Section 40 of the Public Procurement Act shall be carried out after evaluation of the tender pursuant to Section 53 of the Public Procurement Act.
