Delivery of Multifunction MFP devices

The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new multifunction MFP A3 devices, ie: The object of the order is the delivery of MFP A3 multifunctional MFPs, ie: 1 ) 67 (sixty-seven) units of brand new MFP A3 multifunction devices (monochrome copierwith a network printer and a color network scanner) together with consumables; 2) 8 (eight) units of MFP A3 multifunctional MFPs (color copier with network printer and color network scanner) along with all consumables, along with permanent warranty service at their place of use, ensuring failure-free operation of devices.order form is included in the relevant provisions of the contract (hereinafter IPU) constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.

1. Contractors, who are not subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23 and para. 5 point 1 of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "Pzp" or "Act", and fulfillparticipation in the proceedings referred to in art. 22 ust. 1b point 2 and 3 of the PPL, regarding:

a) economic situation,

b) professional ability

2. The Ordering Party will examine whether there is any ground for the exclusion referred to in art. No other entity providing the Contractor's professional ability or financial situation. 24 sec. 1 item 13 22 and par. 5 point 1 of the Act

1. The condition of participation in the proceedings regarding peconomic performance will be met if the Contractor demonstrates that he is insured against civil liability in the scope of activities related to the subject of the order, for a guarantee sum not less than PLN 1, 500, 000.00 (in words: one million five hundred thousand zlotys).

2. The condition of participation in the professional capacity procedure will be met if the Contractor can prove-that in the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting bids, and if the period of business is shorter - during this period, he performed or performs, also in the case of periodical or continuous services, at least two deliveries of multifunction devices with the provision of warranty service, the value of each minimum PLN 800, 000.00 (in words: eight hundred thousand zloty) bruta.

3. Contractors jointly applying for the order, condition for participation in the proceedings, regarding: -1) economic situation must meet jointly (in total);

2) professional capacity in the scope of Contractor's experience must fully meet one of the Contractors jointly applying for the order. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of applying the procedure specified in art. 24aa paragraph 1 of the Act, as aton which the Awarding Entity may evaluate offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose tender has been rated as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. The Awarding Entity will assess the compliance of Contractors with the conditions of participation in the proceedings based on the information contained in the declarations and documents listed below.demands from each Contractor a bid bond in the amount of PLN 25, 000.00 (in words: twenty five thousand zlotys). The bid bond should be submitted before the deadline for submitting offers
