Purchase of equipment for workplaces of alternative and experimental methods in graphics

The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of equipment for workplaces of alternative and experimental methods in graphics within the scope of project OP VVV Reg.No CZ.02.2.67 / 0.0 / 0.0 / 16_016 / 0002345. The detailed specification of the subject of filling is given in Annex 5 Specification of Supply, which is an undivided partThe subject of the public procurement is the purchase of equipment for workplaces of alternative and experimental methods in graphics within the scope of project OP VVV Reg.No CZ. 02.2.67 / 0.0 / 0.0 / 16_016 / 0002345. A detailed specification of the subject of filling is given in Attachment No. 5 Specification of Supply, which is undivided with■ Basic eligibility:

The contractor proves that the basic capacity under - 74 (1) (3) of the Act is met in accordance with the provisions of Section 75 (1) of the Act. Honorable declaration under - 74 (1) letter. b) in part and c) the law recommends a template of attachment no. 2.1 of the filing documentation.

- Documents proving the basic capability-in accordance with - 74 of the Act, it is necessary to prove the fulfillment of the required eligibility criteria no later than 3 months prior to the commencement of the inves tigation process, - in the case of a joint venture of the contractors, the contractor demonstrates the fulfillment of the basic capability of each supplier separately. 77 of the Act by submitting: - 77 paragraph 1 of the Act:

Proof of the supplier's undertaking to the extent of the subject matter of the public offer, in particular a document proving the relevant trade license or license, namely:- Provided that the supplier is not able to demonstrate the fulfillment of certain parts of the qualification (except point 1) required by the Contracting Authority in full, it is entitled to do so by the manufacturer, trade and services not mentioned in Appendices 1 to 3 of the Trades Licensing Act, part of the missing extent to prove through other persons.

The sponsor does not require proof of economicke qualification.
