The present consultation concerns a market for services of infogerance publishing, enveloping, routing, packing, franking and deposit post for the needs of the different legal entities.

Main Site: Toulouse and Blagnac.

The present consultation concerne a market of services of informative infogerance, enveloping, routing, packing, franking and deposit post for the needs of the different legal entities.

1) the letter of candidature (model DC1 or established on free paper) and of rehabilitation of the representative by his co-contractors with the power of the person authorized to commit the candidate or group.

In the eventuality ora letter of application would be established on free paper, the candidate must specify at least the following mentions:

- presents itself alone or in group,

- the form of the grouping,

- the agent,

- if the candidatures are signed by the all the group companies or by the agent who, in this case, must justify the necessary authorizations.

2) The declaration of the candidate (model DC2) including in particular:

- the declaration of honor that the candidate has fulfilled his tax and social security obligations at 31.12.2017 or the certificates relating to the candidate's social and tax position on 31.12.2017 or the annual statement of financial position certificates received (model Noti 2) relating to its position on 31.12.2017,

- the declaration on the honor that the candidate did not make thesubject to a prohibition to compete, - the candidate's declaration that he has not been the subject of a conviction in the last 5 years entered in form No 2 of the criminal record for the offenses referred to in Articles L 8221-1, L. 8221-2, L. 8221-3, L. 8221-5, L. 8251-1, L. 8241-1, L. 8241-2 of the Labor Code.

3) If the candidate is in receivership or in proccopy of the judgment (s) pronounced for that purpose.

(4) A document relating to the credentials of the person authorized to commit the candidate.

(5) Copy of the civil and professional certificates of insurance. (6) Confirmation of compliance with tax and social obligations and legislation in this area.

(7) Declaration of the candidate with respect to overall turnover and-turnover concerning only the services covered by the contract during the last 3 years (except for newly created companies).

The present myrche is in application of a grouping agreement formed by:

Promologis and the SA d'HLM.

Under the grouping agreement, Promologis is coordinator of the group to organize and manage all operations related to the consultation procedure until the award of the contract.

Then, each entity will resume its independence for the part of the market which concerns it, of theSignature to the Execution du Marche.
