Framework contract for the delivery, commissioning and operation of printers to the 4 administrative locations of the Kassenaerztliche Vereinigung Baden-Wuerttemberg

- Delivery, commissioning of a total of 162 workplaces Multifunction printers at the following locations:

Freiburg: 10 devices; Karlsruhe: 36 devices; Reutlingen: 24 appliances, Stuttgart: 92 appliances

- operating as a full-service rental agreement for 60 months.

The declarations and proof required under III.1.1) -III.1.3) are exclusively forms attached to the invitation to tender as annexes to provide. The evidence and explanations are in consortia of all Wedmembers of the grouping. The bidder / bidding consortium (BG) can use the abilities of other companies or subcontractors. There are 2 constellations:

1. other companies (ao) that are required to fulfill the requirements of Zif. III.1.2) and III.1.3) of the notice of eligibility lending and

2. Nachunternehmen (NU)perform the services without the bidder invoking the subcontractor or the subcontractor as proof of his suitability. In both constellations, the bidders / BG must already name this address in the offer with the name and address and, if necessary, the type and the Indicate the extent of the partial services received by the NUs without any doubt (declaration on subcontracting). The following statements and supporting documents must be submitted by the tenderers / BGs:

1) a copy of the registration or registration certificates proving proper registration / registration or entry in the trade or professional register in accordance with the legislation of the country of origin; otherwise comparable proof for the existence and the objectthe company of the tenderer / each member of the BG. The extract from the commercial register / comparable proof may not be older than 6 months at the time of the deadline for receipt of the bids;

2) declarations by the individual provider / BG that no exclusion reasons according to -- 123, 124 GWB exist;

3) if necessary, a consortium declaration;

4) possibly subcontractor's declaration;

5) if necessarydeclaration of undertaking by the principal.

The contracting entity will receive an extract from the commercial central register in accordance with - 150a GewO i.Vm. - 19 MiLoG to the Federal Office of Justice.

The conclusion must be made as soon as possible upon receipt of the contract and the proof must be submitted to the client without further request. The proof must be obtained either by a confirmation from the insurer the existence of the insurance mit to provide the said sums insured, or by a confirmation by the insurer about the willingness to provide insurance with the said sums insured in the case of an order.

For the submission of an offer, the forms provided by the client must be used. These can be retrieved via the download (see section I.3).

In the first situation, bidders / consortia have to make it clear on the forms for the proof of eligibility which information comes from this / these other companies. In the case of the qualifying loan, the undertaking must already be submitted with the offer.

In the second constellation, the tenderers / consortia must be present in their bidprovided the nature and scope of the sub-services received by the subcontractor (s) without any doubt. In this case (as opposed to the case of the suitability loan) the obligation statement is only to be submitted at the request of the client. Bidders inquiries received after 15.5.2019, 12.00 noon will no longer be answered. The client points out that interested companies can only be contacted in the event of bidders' questions and / or necessary changes to the tender documents if they voluntarily register with the allocation platform www.vergabe24.de, stating an e-mail addressstrieren. Insofar as voluntary registration does not take place, no additional information can be transmitted.
