Supply of monochrome multifunction devices for the needs of the Ministry of the Interior

The subject of the order includes delivery of 1, 030 monochrome multifunction devices type 1 and 325 monochrome multifunction devices type 2.

The guarantee for the performance of the public procurement contract is 5% (five per cent) of its value excluding VAT. The assignor determines that 20% of the amount of the performance guarantee is intendedbut to ensure warranty maintenance. The terms and conditions for the detention and the release of the performance guarantee are set out in the draft public procurement contract.
