Framework Contract for Literature

For the steady completion of tasks, the University Medical Center Goettingen procures specialist literature / literature in the form of legal texts, comments, legal papers, online licenses, journals, periodicals and daily newspapers by subscription. The requirements and terminations of the subscriptions are d. Hrough the individual departments that manage their resources for the required literature itself

For continuous Aufgabenerfuellung the University Medicine Goettingen procured literature / literature in the form of legal texts, comments, Gesetzesblaettern, online licenses, trade journals, magazines and daily newspapers by subscription. TheRequirements and subscriptions of the subscriptions are made by the individual departments, which manage their own funds for the required literature.

The contractor takes over the delivery of the literature according to 1.1.2020 acc. the tendered lists, as well as the new requirements arising from this date.

The bidders have their offer according to -44 VGV a current Afrom the professional or commercial register (in the case of bidders from another Member State an equivalent current certificate from the country of origin or origin of the tenderer with translation into German.) - if there is no obligation to register in the commercial register, an informal declaration and therefore no obligation for the bidder to register exists and about who the substituteare entitled persons. A self-declaration is sufficient for this,

- information on order shares, which the bidder / bidder intends to subcontract. Signed letter of commitment from the subcontractor (s).

Failure to submit in due time the documents referred to in III.1.1) III.1.3) may lead to exclusion from the procedure. The client keepsto request missing documents and to exclude candidates or groups of applicants from the procedure who, on a single request, fail to submit any or only incomplete documents. However, there is no entitlement to submission of documents. In the context of equal treatment, the contracting entity may decide not to request any documents from any tenderer.

The awardEstelle reserves the right, in addition to the self-assessment, to request the corresponding certificates from the competent authorities before awarding the contract.

The documents to be submitted by the candidates are set out in III.1.1) III.1.3) named documents according to --44-46-VgV.

Basic are self-declaration(-48 Abs. 2 VgV).

With the offer the following proofs and explanations are to be submitted:

- statement according to -48 VGV to the absence of the exclusionary reasons according to -- 123 and 124 GWB,

- declaration of the bidder over the total turnover of the enterprise for the 3 last business years (-45VgV),

- Proof of a professional or public liability insurance (-45 VgV),

- Unbedenklictax certificate of the tax office or certificate in tax matters.

As a provisional proof of the suitability and absence of exclusion reasons, the uniform European self-declaration (EEE) acc. -50 VgV accepted.

Instead of individual proof, proof in German language suffices that the company is in a member state of the European Union or equivalentn States for the tendered service is pre-qualified and the documents can be retrieved via a database free of charge for the public sector within the EU within the framework of a pre-qualification system.
