Design, prepress, printing and supply of printed materials for the needs of the Program "Improving the Sustainability of NationalThe main site: 26, Yanko Sakazov Blvd., Sofia, 4 floor (in the office of the program) or at the address indicated by the sponsor, within the city of Sofia.

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements.Section II.2.14) "Additional information": Method of formation of the price to be assessed: In column 10 of the price model, a unit price, exclusive of VAT, is given for a single issue for the production and delivery of the materials in circulation column 3, taking into account all the parameters in columns 1 to 9 as well as all delivery costs to the contracting entity, includingand the packaging. Column 11 indicates a unit price exclusive of VAT for designing a single piece of the drawing without a set of text, taking into account all parameters in columns 1-9. Column 12 indicates a unit price excluding VAT for preparing a prepress for a single issue, taking into account all parameters in columns 1-9. In column 13 the sum of the unit prices is indicatedVAT for one issue count - sum of columns 10, 11 and 12. The total value is calculated as the sum of all unit prices for one issue of the turnover, excluding VAT, indicated in column 13. The proposals of the participants are ranked in ascending order based on the total value received, the participant offering the lowest total value being defined as the contractor. Enforcement guaranteeof the contract is 2% (two percent) of the value of the contract for performance of the public procurement without VAT. The guarantee for the performance of the contract may be lodged by bank transfer or may be presented in the form of a bank guarantee or insurance covering performance by covering the contractor's liability. The participant himself chooses the form of the guarantee

2. Terms and method of payment: The payment will be made in Bulgarian levs by bank transfer within 15 (fifteen) working days after submission of the original invoice for the value of the services provided and the reception and delivery protocol. The proposal for the participation of each participant should contain an inventory of the submitted documents, accompanied by:
