for lot 1 - the public assistance - hospitals of Paris commits on a minimum amount represented by 50% of the amount of the lot valorises at the level of the holder's offer over the total duration of the market. For a maximum amount represented by 150% of the value of the lot valued at the level of its tender over the total duration of the contract.
For lots 2, 3 and 5
the public assistance - hoPitaux de Paris commits on a minimum amount represented by 70% of the amount of the prize valued at the level of the holder's offer over the total duration of the market.
The holder undertakes on a maximum amount represented by 150% of the amount Of the lot valorizes at the level of its offer over the total duration of the market.
For lot 4
the public assistance - hospitals of Paris commits on a minimum amount70% of the value of the lot shall be valued at the level of the holder's bid over the total duration of the contract.
The holder shall commit himself to a maximum amount represented by 200% of the value of the lot valued at the level of his offer over the period The tender will be issued at the end of the consultation and will be concluded for the period from 1.3.2018 until 28.2.2021 resiliable without indemnities at the sole initiative of the public assistance - hospitals of Paris, from 31.8.2020.
