Assignment of the printing service for the bimonthly invoicing of rental fees and any other massive communications to users.

The total estimated value (including options) is EUR 339 180.00 (net VAT). The presumed amount based on the auction is equal to 203 508, 00 EUR (VAT excluded). The amount for charges from interference, pursuant to art. 26, paragraph 3-bis, of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, are equal to zero euro. A) requisites of professional competence pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 1, letter a) and paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016: registration in the Chamber of Commerce Register or other equivalent body according to the legislation of the country of origin;

In order to identify a supplier that has adequate economic and financial capacity to perform the services in question, it is considered appropriate to request which selection criteria, which the economic operators have carried out in the 3 financial years, certifiable before the date of publication of the announcement, a turnover globaverage annual ales equal to at least 1.5 times the annual amount based on the auction and an average annual specific turnover for similar services in the sector covered by the tender equal to at least the annual amount based on the auction. to the awarding even in the presence of a single valid offer; the contracting authority has the faculty not to award the contract if no offer is convenient or-suitable in relation to the subject of the contract;

b) all information, the methods of presentation of the documentation for admission and bid, as well as the methods of awarding, are indicated in the tender regulations, an integral and substantial part of this announcement, available, together with the templates for declarations, with free access to the internet referred to in pointI.3), together with the documentation based on the tender;

c) in case of discrepancy between the requirements contained in the documents of the tender dossier and those contained in the tender specifications and in this announcement, the latter will prevail;
