Conservation and revitalization of the historic palace in Stary Gostk-w

The subject of the contract is construction works at the historic palace in Stary Gostk-w as well as conservation and restoration works including, among others: vertical insulation of walls; repair (renovation) of plasters and facade elements; flashingsAcharian on cornices and window sills; painting of external plasters; conservation of polychrome on the front facade (portico and frieze), internal polychrome the palace indoors; maintenance of wooden joinery: floors, skirting boards, stairs and railings on side staircases, internal doors and ex .; maintenance of tiled stoves, brass lamps and additional maintenance testsphysicochemical and microbiological materials, as well as preparation of conservation documentation from tests and works carried out in accordance with the permission of the Voivodship Historical Conservator in Ł-dź to carry out conservation and restoration works. The works will be carried out in an active public facility. Detailed description of Annex No. 1 to the ToR.

Object characteristics:

5.2.1. The property, part of which has been ordered, is located at: Stary Gostkow 3D, commune Wartkowice, on plot No. 349/1 within Gostkow

5.2.2. The property is the property of the Wartkowice Commune and is intended for public use as the seat of the Wartkowice Commune Office.

5.2.3. The object is entered in the historical registerimmobile under the item 90/201 / A, therefore the Contractor is obliged to take all necessary measures to ensure

Protection of the park and building area against damage or destruction during the construction and conservation works.

5.2.4. The works will be carried out in an active public facility, therefore the Contractor must take into account the resulting restrictionsand and the need for additional security of the work area during its duration to ensure safety and access for persons using the facility.

5.3. The subject of the order are construction works at the monument, as well as conservation and restoration works including, among others :

5.3.1. vertical insulation of walls and restoration of plantings and elements damaged during conducting worksland development mentions;

5.3.2. repair (renovation) of plasters and facade elements of the entire facility, with the exception of the southern wall, on which works related to the renovation of finishing elements (cornices, corbels) remain;

5.3.3. flashings on cornices and external window sills;

5.3.4. painting the exterior plaster of the palace.

5.3.5. conservation of polychrome on the front facadeentrance (portico and frieze);

5.3.6. conservation of the polychrome inside the palace in the most representative rooms: ground floor hall, staircase, first floor vestibule, living room on the first floor

(sideboard), corridor on the first floor (anti-cesspool), ballroom;

5.3.7. maintenance of wooden joinery:

a) maintenance of wooden mosaic floors and skirting boards, including (if necessary) repairinternal plasters behind skirting boards;

b) reconstruction of wooden mosaic floors and profiled skirting boards (other rooms, excluding rooms, including (if necessary) repair of internal plasters behind skirting boards;

c) maintenance of stairs, railings and profiled skirting boards on the main cage;

d) stairs maintenanceand balustrades in the side staircases (south-east and south-west);

e) conservation of the vestibule in the ground floor hall;

f) maintenance of the wooden external doors;

g) maintenance of the wooden internal doors;

h) wooden reconstruction interior doors;

i) reconstruction of brass door handles and signs of wooden interior doors;

j) reconstruction of metal knobs of wooden interior doors;

k) maintenance of wooden internal window shutters of the ground floor;

l) maintenance of wooden window sills of the ground floor;

m) reconstruction of the wooden internal window shutters of the ground floor;

n) reconstruction of the wooden internal window sills of the ground floor;

o) maintenance of wooden half-window windows on the first floor vestibules;

p) maintenance of the oak window with shutters and window sill on the ground floor;

q) maintenancewooden window columns on the floor;

5.3.8. maintenance of tiled stoves;

5.3.9. lamp maintenance and reconstruction:

a) brass lamp maintenance;

b) brass lamp reconstruction.

5.3.10. The contract also includes the performance of supplementary physico-chemical and microbiological conservation tests and preparation of conservation documentation from the tests and works carried out in accordance with the permitof the Voivodship Historical Conservator in Ł-dź for carrying out conservation and restoration works.

The Employer does not specify the detailed conditions to be met by the Contractor in this respect. ten million zlotys).

To meet the condition ofthe contractor whose offer has been rated the highest will be called to submit within a designated period, not shorter than 10 days, valid as at the date of submission: documents confirming that the contractor is insured against civil liability in the scope of conducted activity related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum specified by the contracting authority .

1. The contractor is obliged toa security of PLN 50, 000 (say: fifty thousand zlotys).

2. The Awarding Entity provides for changes in the content of the contract in item 22 of the ToR.

3. The awarding entity will evaluate the offers that have not been rejected, based on the following criteria for the evaluation of the offers: price 60% and quality guarantee 40%.

4. The contractor is obliged to provide a security on due performance of the contract at the lateston the day of signing the Agreement.

5. For two months given in point IV.2.6) of this announcement should be understood 60 days.
