The following uses are provided:

Residential development for refugees, consisting of approx. 24 apartments,

- youth club, consisting of residence -, Werk- and Medienraeumen as well as Leitererbuero and Nebenraeumen,

- district office,

- childertagesstaette 2 group and Nebenraeumen, sleeping and differentiation room and the necessary Nebenraeumen,

- office AWO District Association Dueren e. V,

- ICE Cafe (meeting),

- 24 h disabled toilet,

.. Building description:

The land to be builtet in the west of the Dueren urban area and is accessed via the Marie- Juchacz- road. The three-storey building extends along the railway line Koeln-Aachen. The following statements and proofs are required:

The declarations and proof required under point III.1.2) shall be provided by the tenderer or a consortium as such or separately from each member; missing evidence and explanations are provided by the client within ein the period of 6 calendar days demanded. In all other respects, the same applies under point III.1.1. Required declarations / proofs are:

- self-declaration to the company, taking into account the following points: name, head office and year of foundation of the tenderer, details of address and size of the company premises / building yard, business fields, membership in the trade association, certification according toDIN ISO 9001 quality management or representation of a company quality management, accessibility in case of emergency, regular working hours in the company, representation of the employee structure including the total number of all employees as well as the number of employees of individual occupational groups.

For this the form IV "self-declaration to the enterprise" is to be used,

- self-declaration over dThe existence of a public liability insurance covering EUR 5 million for property damage and personal injury and EUR 5 million for property damage or a declaration of intent to conclude a contract in case of an award.

For this purpose, form V "Self-declaration of business liability insurance" to use,
