10-FE14-19-001; Extension and renovation Heidewegschule; Trockenbauarbeiten

The Heidewegschool in Appen-Etz is a foerderschule with a focus on mental disability for children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years. Against the backdrop of rising student numbers, the school is expected to expand from the current 11 to 16 classrooms, including the additional rooms required for thembe. The new building will be built in wooden skeleton construction and provided with a clinker attachment shell. The flat roof is designed as a partially latched rafter construction with Aufsparranstemmung (warm roof).

In the area extension of the Heidewegschule following work is planned:

- about 45 m installation header,

- about 160 m off. Corridor ceilings,

- approx, 250 m Acoustic ceilings in classrooms,

- Fire protection cladding of steel girders,

- Acoustic wall absorber.

Listing and brief description of the conditions:

The entry in the trade or professional register must be submitted within 6 calendar days at the request of the Central Procurement Officeriftreue- and Vergabegesetz Schleswig-Holstein:

Bidders and their subcontractors and lenders of labor, as far as they are already known at the time of submission, must make the required letter of commitment according to - 4 Tariffreue- and Vergabegesetz Schleswig-Holstein with submission of the offer (- 8 Abs. 1 TTG).

If the offer is short-listed you have to qualifyand unspecified companies to submit proof of payment of contributions to the statutory social security scheme. If subcontracts are to be transferred to a subcontractor to carry out the order, or if temporary workers are to be employed in carrying out the order, proof of payment of the contributions to the statutory social insurance is also available to the Naccontractor or for the lender of workers. This obligation shall apply mutatis mutandis to all other subcontractors of the subcontractor (for a net order value of more than EUR 15 000, for types of procurement without competition, - 7 (1) and (2) TTG).
