Granting of the municipal nursery service in concession.
Concession of the municipal nursery service, to be held within the 2 municipal property facilities located in Imperia, in Piazzetta De Negri 2 / A (Oneglia ) and in via Porta Nuova 3 (Porto Maurizio), respectively named nest and nest.

1) absence of causes of exclusion referred to in art. 80 of the new contract code (Legislative Decree 50/2016);
2) non-existence of impediments pursuant to art. 10 of Law n. 575/65 and s.m. (provisions against the mafia). CIG: 7878457463, ANAC payment: EUR 140.00. Verification of the requirements for participation in the tender will be made through the AVCpass system, therefore operators will have to attach PASSoe to the envelope of administrative documents.
