Postal services for collecting, sorting, handling and distribution, postal dispatches of the Public Power Corporation. SA, to our customers all over Greece, we appreciatea total of 45, 000, 000 envelopes. The aforementioned crowd includes an estimated annual amount of 44, 000, 000 accounts and 1, 000, 000 pieces of news group letters, which PPC SA may be sent to its customers throughout the country.

The subject of the contract concerns the provision of postal services for collection, sorting, distribution and distribution of 45, 000, 000 postal items throughout the country. The aforementioned crowd includes an estimated annual amount of 44, 000, 000 accounts and 1, 000, 000 pieces of news group letters, which PPC SA may send to its customers throughout Greece.

Each tenderer must, in accordance with the terms and conditionsof the Declaration, to fully satisfy all of the following selection criteria: - suitability; - have as their principal business or professional activity (as evidenced by their statutory purposes and their official turnover), in the case of a legal or natural person, the same in the case of a partnership / association, each member thereof, for at least the last three (3) years, the provision of postal services and the provision of a special license by the National Postal and Telecommunications Commission (EETT) for the whole of Greece or designated as a universal service provider in accordance with the provisions of Law 4053/2012), - to comply with the provisions of Law 4053/2012, for the pursuit of postal activities, - - the tenderer, inin the case of a legal or natural person the same or in the case of a partnership / association of persons, the members cumulatively must have a policy of securing the confidentiality of the postal services by the Communications Securing Authority

According to the provisions of the Technical Specification of the Declaration .

The tender documents are available electronically, according to the pArticle 297 of Law 4412/2016, through the Company's official site (https://eprocurement.dei.com.gr/), where they will remain posted, up to ten (10) days before maturity of the deadline for submission of tenders.

The economic operators concerned who have entered the system as addressees of the Call may request clarification of the content-of the tenders in this tender, no later than ten (10) days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.

Requests for information or clarifications submitted outside the above deadlines shall not be considered

In order to ensure reliable and timely information, all interested parties, for any clarifications, additions or changes to the terms of the competition, the economic operators concerned must, on receipt of the declaration, enter the required contact details in the system. If such information is not accurate or the declaration has not been directly received by the system, NO LIABILITY TO BE INCURRED FOR THE INCORPORATED AND RELIABLE INFORMATION OF THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

Not later than six (6) days before-the deadline for the submission of tenders, PPC will provide all those who have received the relevant declaration, the necessary clarifications and any additional information regarding the specifications and terms of the tender and the draft contract.
