Postal services Interimsvergabe 2018

The subject of the invitation to tender is the collection of postal items from the customer at the IKK classic locations, the preparation of the mail for the most economical mode of dispatch and the timely delivery of the client's mail to the recipient ( end-to-end delivery).

1) Declaration of Conformity that there are no grounds for exclusion, in particular according to -- 123, 124 GWB (form "Declaration of self-explanatory note").

1) Self-declaration of the respective Total turnover (net) in the last 3 completed business years as well as those transactions (net) of the last 3 completed Ge(2) Self-declaration of liability insurance that the tenderer, in the event of the award of the contract, at the latest at the time of commencement of the service, agrees with the public liability insurance the following minimum amounts insured per insured event verwill add:

- Property damage: EUR 1 million and

- Damages resulting from the violation of data protection provisions EUR 1 million

4) The postal services will be used under this shortened open procedureImmez of short-term terms interim until 31.1.2019, monthly extendable up to 31.8.2019, awarded. The interim award is due to the fact that IKK classic has changes in its procurement needs and is currently unable to set up a reliable bill of quantities to conclude a multiyear contract. Because of the nature of the interimContract is only intended for a short contract period until the end of January 2019, with monthly extension options up to max. August 2019. IKK classic intends to phase out the interim agreement as soon as it has determined the changed procurement needs and has implemented a regular open procedure with regular deadlines
