An external shipping service provider must be able to combine, package and dispatch magazines, FES annual reports, various FES programs, various Broshueren and to guarantee publications, invitations, analyzes and packages from the locations Berlin and Bonn within a framework contract.

With the offer must be submitted or submitted:

- completed and signed price sheet,

- self-declaration on the total turnover of the applicant in relation to the last 3 Business years (figures separated per year) and the number of fixedsalaried employees in the last 3 business years (data separated per year),

- business liability insurance. Proof by a copy of the insurance certificate or by a written confirmation from a public liability insurer. The confirmation of only one insurance broker on the insurance cover is not accepted.

If, in the bidder`s opinion, the tender documents contain incomplete or obscure information, the bidder must inform the above-mentioned contact point within 10 calendar days of becoming aware of it, however, at the latest by the expiry of the offer period (- 160 (3) GWB).
