Collection and Delivery of Mail for Helse Bergen HF (Bergen Health Trust)

The Contracting Authority wants tender offers for services for the collection and delivery of the customer's outgoing mail.

The contract to be signed comprises the collection of all outgoing mail, including registered dispatches, from Helse Bergen HF (Bergen Health Trust). The collection location will be M0llendalsbakken 7. The mail must be collected each business day between 14:30 and 15:30. Then all mail must be delivered to the addressee, either via Posten Norge (Norway Post) or another mail service.

The estimated volume is approx. 1 000 000 letters per year.
