EU-weite Ausschreibung einer Rahmenvereinbarung zu Hybrid-Postdienstleistungen (inkl. PostausgangssoftwThe Ortenaukreis intends to award hybrid postal services in the form of a framework agreement by 1.7.2019.

The services comprise essentially the following individual services:

- supply, installation and maintenance of the handling of the Hybrid Post required outgoing software,

printing and enveloping electronically transmittedletter correspondence (up to 1 000 g, including registered mail),

- promotion and delivery of correspondence (including registered mail) throughout the Federal Republic of Germany and abroad.

- self-declaration on professional indemnity insurance for property damage and personal injury,

- self-declaration on total turnover of the candidate.

1) A negotiated procedure with upstream competition for participation will be carried out. DThis notice initiates the participation contest. In the entry contest, those candidates or candidate consortia invited to submit tenders will be selected on the basis of the applications for participation.
