Postal services for the municipality of La Garde and the Toulon Provence Mediterranee Metropole

This contract is part of a grouping of orders concluded between the commune of La Garde and the Toulon Provence Mediterranee Metropolis in application of the provisions of articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of code to public procurement. The coordinator is the Metropole Toulon Provence Mediterranee. The procurement procedure used is: open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement with minimum (except for lot n2 for the municipality of La Garde) and maximum is appliedArticles L. 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 a R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders.
