The consultation is conducted by open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles 6, 25-I.1, 17, 66 to 68, 78 and 80 of theDecree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets:

Transport of couriers and packages of ACM Habitat siege to the sorting centers and vice versa.
