Public procurement may be attended by an economic entity that fulfills the exhaustively determined conditions for participation in accordance with - 32 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act The tenderer shall prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation concerning personal status according to - 32 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, resp. pursuantand - 32 para.

The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in JED pursuant to - 39 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Demonstration of the conditions of participation is also done to the contracting authority in accordance with - 152 para.

Applicant entered in the list of economic entities according to the Act of Faithit is not obliged to submit documents pursuant to - 32 para.

The contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry, such as an entry in the list of economic operators under the procurement law or a certificate of entry issued by the competent authority of another Member State, by which the tenderer proves that the conditions for participation in the public tender have been fulfilled.procurement.
