Portable computers -part 3

1. Every offer must be secured by a bid bond for the entire period of binding, in the amount of: - In part 1 - PLN 300.00 (in words: three hundred 00/100)

W czPLN 2 - PLN 800.00 (in words: eight hundred zlotys / 100)

In part 3 - PLN 800.00 (in words: eight hundred zlotys / 100)

Or - The total amount of this amount according to the average NBP exchange rate from the day of payment of the bid bond. The offer binding period is 60 days.

3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of ordering, referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act - Public Procurement Law.

4. The proceedings are conducted under the tender procedureunlimited.

5. Contractors, who:

1) can not apply for the order, are not subject to the exclusion of art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23 of the Act and art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 and point 5 8 of the Act,

2) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings specified in the ToR.

6. The Contractor to the offer is obliged to attach a statement, valid as per the day of submitting the offers, in the scope indicated by the Ordering Party in the SIWZ. ABOUTthe benefit is made on a uniform European - Order Document (EED) form, drawn up in accordance with the specimen of the standard form specified in the European Commission Implementing Regulation issued on the basis of art. 59 par. 2 of Directive 2014/24 / EU and art. 80 ust. 3 of Directive 2014/25 / EU.
