The procedure is aimed at the stipulation of a convention, for each lot, pursuant to art. 26 L. n. 488 of 1999 and s.m.i. and of the art. 58 L. n. 388 of 2000, for the assignment of the supply of personal laptops and tablets with reduced environmental impact and related and optional services for the Public Amminiadministrations. It is admitted the participation of the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the procedures referred to in art. 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 under the following conditions:

a) the order requirements generatethey are indicated in paragraph 6 of the Bidding Rules;

i) provisional guarantee pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, whose quantification is indicated in the tender documentation;

ii) final guarantees pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

iv) guarantees for inspections.

The auction base, which can not be exceeded, under penalty of exclusion from gara, and equal to:

- EUR 12 163 000.00 for Lot 1,

- EUR 17 365 000.00 for Lot 2,

- EUR 11 240 000.00 for Lot 3,

- 4 960 000, EUR 00 for Lot 4, excluding VAT, subject to discount.

The tender will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous bid criterion based on the lowest price. Subcontracting is permitted within the limits and with the methods indicated in the Legislative Decree n. 50 /2016 and in the Disciplinary. The competition will take place through an information system on which the data will be inserted.
