Purchase of pork and beef preparations for the subordinate functional structures of D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau from Buzau, Ramnicu Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Beceni, Vintila Voda and Stilpu. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the cut-off datethe submission of tenders / applications is 6. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 2nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Acquisition of Preparapork and beef for the beneficiaries of the functional structures subordinated to D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau, Buzau, Ramnicu Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Beceni, Vintila Voda and Stilpu. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: the contracts following the framework agreement will be concluded on a regular basis monthly / quarterly / semester / 12 months / 24 months, depending on the budget and the needsinstitution. The estimated value of the framework agreement for a 24-month period is a minimum of 749, 700.00 RON without VAT and a maximum of 1, 499, 400.00 RON without VAT. The total estimated maximum contract value was determined by taking into consideration the variation in which the contracting authority opts for the supplement to the maximum level of the quantity of pork and beef preparations forbeneficiaries of functional structures subordinated to D.G.A.S.P.C. Buzau, Buzau, Ramnicu Sarat, Pogoanele, Smeeni, Beceni, Vintila Voda and Stilpu. The estimated value (RON without VAT) of the largest subsequent contract that is expected to be attributed during the duration of the framework agreement is: RON 749, 700 without VAT. Estimated value (RON without VAT) of the lowest subsequent contract that is anticipatedprovided that it is awarded during the duration of the framework agreement is: RON 62 414.00.

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/20116. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the relevant information in situtheir ation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the first ranked bidder in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the tender evaluation. These documents may be:

1) Finding certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts, taxeshave the contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of submission; 2) the judicial record of the economic operator and of each member of the management, management or supervisory group of the economic operator who have power of representation, decision or control within it, as evidenced by the certificate(3) If applicable, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in the articles on public procurement: Art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 4) Other editing documents, as appropriate.

Bidders, third parties and subcontractors must comply with the rulesto avoid the conflict of interests provided for in art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. All participants in the awarding procedure will present a declaration of non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016, together with the DUAE (the declaration can be completed within the DUAE).
